Uplift Aero Software Corp. (“Uplift,” “we,” “us,” “our”) explains here how we collect, use, share, and protect personal information when you visit our websites, microsites, landing pages, and web apps or otherwise interact with us (the “Services”). By using the Services you agree to this Policy; if you do not agree, do not use the Services. For some data we act as controller (e.g., website interactions); for “Customer Data” we process on behalf of enterprise clients inside our SaaS, we act as processor/service provider and our processing is governed by our contract and any Data Processing Addendum (DPA). 
Contact: privacy@upliftaero.com. Information we collect includes (a) you provide it: contact details, company info, preferences, messages/forms/chat/support, limited billing contacts/payment details handled via payment processors; (b) automatically: device/usage data (IP, browser/OS, pages, timestamps, referrers), cookies/pixels/SDKs, and approximate geo from IP; (c) third parties: B2B contact enrichment, advertising/analytics partners, and integrations you connect. We use information to provide, secure, and improve the Services; respond to inquiries and support; send transactional communications (account, security, policy updates); send marketing where permitted and measure performance; personalize content; run analytics/research/product development; detect, prevent, and investigate fraud/abuse/security incidents; comply with law; and enforce agreements. Legal bases (EU/UK): consent, contract, legitimate interests (including B2B marketing, product improvement, security), and legal obligation. Cookies/pixels/SDKs support essential functionality, analytics, performance, and marketing/retargeting; manage via our cookie banner or your browser—some features may not work if disabled. If you opt in to SMS or email: frequency varies; message/data rates may apply; opt out of SMS by replying STOP (HELP for help) and email via unsubscribe links; we may still send transactional messages. We do not sell personal information; we share it with service providers (hosting, analytics, payments, communications, support, security, professional advisors) bound by contract; in business transfers; for legal/safety reasons; and per your direction (e.g., integrations). We may transfer, store, and process data outside your country using appropriate safeguards (e.g., Standard Contractual Clauses) where required. We keep data only as long as needed for the purposes above and to meet legal, tax, accounting, or compliance requirements, then delete or de-identify it. We use administrative, technical, and physical safeguards (e.g., encryption in transit, access controls, monitoring), but no method is 100% secure; if you suspect an issue, contact privacy@upliftaero.com. Your rights may include access/portability, correction, deletion/erasure, restriction/objection (including to targeted advertising or profiling), withdrawal of consent, and marketing opt-out; to exercise, email privacy@upliftaero.com and we may verify your identity and authority. EU/UK: you may lodge a complaint with your supervisory authority and we rely on the legal bases listed above; we use transfer safeguards where needed. Canada (PIPEDA/CASL): you may access/correct your personal information and withdraw consent to marketing at any time. California and similar U.S. state laws (e.g., CPRA/CPA/CTDPA/VCDPA/UCPA): you may request disclosure, correction, deletion, and opt out of “sale”/“sharing” for cross-context behavioral advertising; we do not knowingly sell personal information, but some activities may be considered “sharing”—to opt out, visit /privacy-choices or email privacy@upliftaero.com with “Do Not Sell or Share.” Authorized agents may submit requests subject to verification. Your choices include managing cookies in our banner or your browser; unsubscribing from marketing emails; replying STOP to SMS; using ad platform/industry tools (e.g., DAA/NAI) where available; and using our /privacy-choices page or emailing us to opt out of “sale”/“sharing.” Our Services are intended for business use and are not directed to children under 16; we do not knowingly collect data from children—if you believe a child provided data, contact us and we will delete it. We may link to third-party sites or services we do not control; review their policies. We may update this Policy periodically and will revise the “Last updated” date and, where required, notify you via the Services or email. For customers using our SaaS, we generally act as processor/service provider for Customer Data; end users of a Uplift customer should contact that customer directly to exercise privacy rights regarding Customer Data.
